In 2019, Andrew, an accountant married to a clinician, teamed up with Victoria, a software engineer working at a mental health startup, to found Heard, the first online financial back office for independent therapists.
This isn’t just a business to us. It’s a personal mission to empower therapists to get back to the work they love, which is helping their clients, not managing their money.
