Worth every penny.
The team is so very responsive. I never feel like I am asking dumb questions which was especially helpful as I am new to private practice money management. It was the easiest bookkeeping and also tax filing experience of my life, even with multiple income streams. The ease of tax estimations and filing components makes this totally worth the price and the bookkeeping is a great added bonus. I love being able to see my expenses and income so easily to track how I am doing.

Best money I've spent on outsourcing! Heard has taken everything bookkeeping / financial / taxes off of my plate and done so seamlessly! I feel so much more in touch with my business financials month to month. I also used them for my business tax return and personal tax return. Everything was clear, on time, and professional. They are also super responsive via the chat/conversations feature if I have questions. TLDR; Heard has been wonderful and I recommend them to all of my therapist friends!
Bookkeeping and taxes made easy!
I used Heard during 2023 and it made bookkeeping painless! They sent emails frequently to remind me when to submit my bank statements or review my transactions. Heard also prepared my taxes--personal and business--with no additional charges. I didn't need to worry at all about finances. I've continued using Heard's services this year so there's one less administrative task to take me away from counseling.

Heard has been great for me as a mental health counselor. They take the pressure off of bookkeeping and provide quarterly tax estimates. I really enjoy the fact they complete annual taxes for you as well. Even if you have another W2 position.

Heard takes away the annoyance of daily bookkeeping. They are very responsive to questions and working with Heard has been the best thing for me to do with my solo practice. I'm so grateful for Heard and don't plan on ever leaving them!
Heard is Amazing
Heard has been an amazing service for my practice! I have been a therapist in private practice on and off for 5 years, and used to do my own accounting. It was a mess. I missed deadlines, didn't get all the deductions I deserved, owed thousands in taxes... seriously horrible. Heard makes things really easy, provides a lot of support, and helps me truly understand my finances. I also love that Heard specializes in therapists. Sometimes we have interesting situations that don't apply to other types of businesses, and honestly many of us just need a little extra help with finances and taxes. Heard is great for that! I love not having to worry about my books or my taxes. Absolutely worth the investment!

My recent experience with Miz was very helpful. I misunderstood Heard's services when enrolling and might have enrolled a little earlier than necessary (I joined before having a practice established) but Miz helped to clear that up and provide me with next steps.
Worth it
Heard has really helped reduce my stress around accounting and taxes. Their platform is easy to navigate. When I've had questions, the support team has been efficient and effective. I was hesitant to use Heard because I've prepared my own taxes in the past and wasn't sure if the benefit would be great enough. Frankly, having solid support for accounting and taxes is worth the trade off in having my time back.

Superb customer service! Heard could not make bookkeeping, payroll, and all the rest easier - the support I've gotten throughout setup was second to none. I was a babe in the woods with *all* of this stuff; I'm very grateful for Heard.
One of the best decisions I ever made in my practice!
Heard has been an absolute delight to work with. They are personable, proactive, professional, and responsive. I honestly should have started the process of working with them when I first started my practice, but three years in and they have helped me get more organized, save money on items I didn't know were tax deductible, and helped me see a more clear picture of my business and how to plan for the unexpected.
